Andrea is a Sr Executive Recruiter and Director of the International Practice at Westwood & Wilshire. The firm as 20+ experience supporting VC- and PE-backed startups in Tech, and LifeSciences, and HealthCare to build successful leadership teams and engage talent across all functions.
Andrea has extensive international experience starting at Electrolux in Stockholm where she worked on sustainability and environmental management across European sites and with strategic collaboration with Toshiba in Japan, based in Tokyo. She also worked at Institute for the Future in Palo Alto on multi-regional technology research projects and at The Interactive Institute (now RISE) on trend research development. Relocating back to the SF Bay Area from Spain in 2015,
Andrea enjoys being active in the international community and is also active in SWEA Professional. Andrea holds a BSc Business Administration and Economics from Lund University and completed the EU Executive Training Programme Japan in 1999.
